- On your keyboard, Press Windows Key + X.

- Control Panel window will open. Please proceed to the next step which is uninstalling Vista Security 2011.

Procedure 4: Run TrendMicro's Anti-Threat Toolkit (ATTK) to check and delete any remnants of Vista Security 2011.

This is a nasty one because all the information on how to find the files and registry entries are already obsolete, add to that it will disable Norton av and lavasoft software. Also it has become so severe that you can’t use Internet explorer at all when this virus gets on your system. The only software I found that was free that would actually remove this was AntiMalware. It seems that whatever jerkoff of a company invented this virus is also busy updating this virus.
